Trumpy over and out, – anytime soon?

Please refer to an updated list of Trump exposés under “Article-Links”, describing how incredibly incompetent, uninformed and outright clueless our dangerous joke of a president has shown himself to be, pushing himself closer to impeachment by the day and every early morning tweet. Check out articles about his pending impeachment, obstruction of justice, consistent lies and disorderly mind, war with the media, cussing out everyone crossing his irregular path, and even battling the FBI.
The imminent question is, how much more damage will he be permitted to do, before he is taken down, one way or another? And how can we undo the damage done in the opinion of other countries, whose cooperation we need? We have come across as a bunch of raving idiots, who not only were gullible enough to let someone as unqualified and morally corrupt as Trumpy into the most powerful office in the world, but now apparently reluctant to boot him out and start repairing the damage, including a vastly damaged world opinion, – not to mention our own social structure evolved through decades of hard work? There is reason to fear that irreparable damage is done unless serious action is taken. Soon! And don’t wait for Trump to improve, he has already proven himself completely unfit!

    Trumpy’s Fake Security Needs?

I can’t quite understand why Donald Trump needs such a heavy Secret Service detail, no matter where he choses to play.
I thought VP Mike Pence was picked mainly as a life insurance?
Same as VP Dan Quayle for Bush #1 and VP Dick Cheney for Bush #2, which worked quite well in both cases.
Seems like Republican presidents are particularly good at picking scary VPs as their phantom body guards, so why the need for such costly security for Trump, – except perhaps for the thrill of being surrounded by SS?

    HANDS OFF!

That first-daughter Ivanka Trump now will be strategically positioned as an advisor next to her dad, may be a good thing.
She’ll probably be able to make sure that his hands are kept off the nuclear button, –
not to mention other tempting buttons, like those of the female variety!

    “Investigate” Obama, – again!

Donald Trump now claims that President Obama had wire tapped him, expressing frustration because he can’t believe that none of the investigating agencies can find anything, despite an all-out effort.
Perhaps Trumpy should engage the same investigating team he sent to Hawaii to expose Obama’s birth certificate “fraud”, to which he announced “You won’t believe what they are finding!”, – trumped up “findings” that were never disclosed.
It may take another 5 years before he has to accept that there was nothing to the wire tapping either, – but at least it takes some attention away from his own shady activities,  – for a while.
Who knows, – it may work again, especially among the shrinking masses of gullible still believing in him.

    Trumpocrazy coming our way?

While there are some clear differences between Republicans and Democrats at the core, we can argue about whether we have a democracy or a republic, or whether there is any difference at all. That the Founding Fathers wanted us as far away from the old European monarchies as possible, should be no ground for much argument.

However, if Donald Trump really gets elected, despite efforts to redistribute electorates in some states with questionable results, we need a new term. What about “Trumpocrazy”?
You won’t find it in dictionaries yet, but “Trump” is defined as “an advantage involving surprise”, “Trump up” means “fabricate or invent … accusations, excuses, etc.”, while “Trumpery” is defined as “worthless finery, delusive, shallow”.
The latter part, “crazy” is defined as “insane or mad, foolish, extremely enthusiastic, unrestrained”.
Therefore, the term “Trumpocrazy” is introduced if the uniquely unqualified Donald Trump
should, heaven forbid, end up as our next President, – an unprecedented dent in our otherwise respectable
    political history.

    • Al Ward 3:27 pm on November 30, 2016 Permalink | Reply

Pretty clever. Do you have an idea as to how to get this creative term adopted? Perhaps just feed it to all of the Leftie media: newspapers, MSNBC, ABC, etc. Possibly it will end up in Webster’s and the Oxford English.
As to Trump being unqualified….well, we’ll see.
His clownish showman’s act got him to where he is. That was not by accident.
Maybe as he adjusts to putting on his presidential hat, his showman’s hat will fall off.
I certainly hope so, and time will tell.

The Progressives will continue their outrage no matter what he does…that is a given.
But he may wind up doing a good job of turning the nation away from its path toward progressive wishful daydreams…he isn’t stupid…and I wonder if the impulsiveness is just part of the showman’s act.

    Trumpy’s recount fear

Republican boisterous presidential candidate Donald Trump kept claiming that the election was rigged and that he wouldn’t accept the outcome, – unless he won.
Now that it is over and it looks like he is the winner, he goes ballistic over the recount effort planned for the swing states with the most suspicious outcome.
Sounds like he knew something, but wasn’t quite sure it would work, and now that it did, he’s afraid it will be exposed. That could be very embarrassing, of course.

    • Al Ward 5:14 pm on November 28, 2016 Permalink | Reply

HRC conceded the election to Trump and in her speech graciously requested that everyone should keep an open mind regarding his presidency (what an accomplished actress she is).
Now the truth of what HRC really thinks is shown by her letting her people go along and join with Jill Stein’s ridiculous recount circus.
What this appears to be is just another Democrat fund raising effort. To find the truth, follow the money.

How much better off Trump would be if he just ignored this recount silliness. It should be beneath him, unworthy of his attention.
But being Trump, that doesn’t seem possible.

      • Jorg Aadahl 7:13 am on November 29, 2016 Permalink | Reply

I agree completely with you re. your last part, – Trump just can’t help himself. So typical, too, to reverse himself, this time from ridiculing any recount effort, to turn around and claiming that millions of illegals voted against him! Like so much else from him: grabbed out of thin air.
To be fair, Hillary Clinton graciously accepted the surprising outcome initially, but why not support a recount effort started by others when so many suspicious circumstances emerge? If it turns out that the initial results don’t change, fine. But if is found that the outcome should be different if irregularities are accounted for, why not? And especially in a case like the current situation, where a uniquely unqualified, self-centered egomaniac, a liar with a shameless history of personal behavior is about to assume the most important position in the world, – every possible effort should be employed to keep him out of a position that very possibly could turn out to be disastrous. We have just been through 8 years with another unqualified, unelected Republican president, who did so much damage that it took President Obama another 8 years to partially get us out of the ditch. Haven’t we learned yet?

    • Al Ward 11:58 am on November 30, 2016 Permalink | Reply

Speaking of going into a ditch and not having learned anything, I see that today the progressive congressional nitwits re-elected Nancy Pelosi as leader of the minority party. If you look across the country you see Democrats in their weakest position in decades. Not just the US Congress, but also governorships and state assemblies. It appears that California’s Pelosi will continue to lead the Democrat charge to oblivion.
Thank goodness that all that remains of HRC and her supporters is a floundering around of pinning pathetic hopes on recounts.
Thanks to the election of the Great Showman, Trump, the SCOTUS is safe for a generation.

    Flunking history

Haven’t we learned anything from the 2000 presidential election, when Al Gore with the most popular votes lost to George W. Bush, who “won” electoral votes due to a messy Florida count, and SCOTUS intervention.
We have suffered through the results of that mistake, with predictable and preventable 9/11, unnecessary wars, unsettled Mid-East issues, and tanking of the economy, just to mention some of the misery that could have been avoided if the person with the most votes had won.

And now we’re doing it again! Unless something sensible is done with the electoral votes on December 19, the candidate with the most popular votes will lose to a far less qualified, and very risky, candidate, who is already way down the path to making “America Hate Again”!
With Internet, TV, radio and newspapers covering everything across the land, the electoral vote system has long since outlived its usefulness and recently only resulted in putting the lesser qualified candidate in the most important and powerful office of the world.
Four years under Trump will only set us back further, while there is still work to be done to fix ‘W”s mistakes.
    Haven’t we learned anything?

    Election rigged?

During the campaign, Donald Trump kept insisting that the system was rigged.
Looks like he was right! Perhaps he knew something hidden from the rest of us?
To third party ignoramus Gary Johnson, who received more votes than the difference
between Trump and Clinton in certain crucial states, I would say: “Happy now?”

    • Al Ward 6:10 pm on November 11, 2016 Permalink | Reply

The system is rigged according to how the Founding Fathers intended. The Electoral System deliberately gives more weight to the voters in low population states. The more populous your state, the less your vote is worth regarding election of the President. It was set up to protect the interests of the smaller states.
Hillary’s popular vote margin is due to nothing more than California’s population. Same happened with Al Gore. If his (small) home state of TN had voted for him, he’d have been president.

In a related topic, I saw remarks by Harry Reid and Elizabeth Warren on today’s news.
They were disparaging Trump, saying disgusting things as foul or more-so than anything said by Trump about American politicians. What a nice way to welcome the President-Elect.
Quite an irony that Trump owes his success to people like those two…any voter who is not a flaming progressive finds them utterly out of touch with reality and a danger to the nation.

Another irony is the actions of the idiots in the streets violently demonstrating to protest the election results. They are demonstrating one of the phenomena that got Trump elected…mindless, lawless and violent rebellion which does nothing other than upset the stable elements of society…such as Trump voters.

    • Al Ward 11:11 am on November 14, 2016 Permalink | Reply

On the other hand it was gratifying to hear HRC’s gracious concession speech and also Obama’s remarks wishing Trump well for his coming presidency.
It is going to be very interesting to see what happens when Trump ascends to the throne being vacated by Obama. To quote Obama,”Elections have consequences.”.

The True Donald J. Trump Exposed!

Check out “ARTICLE-Links” (upper right side) for more on Republican presidential hopeless Donald Trump’s rape charges, Mob connections, destruction of evidence and tax dodging, his role in voter suppression, endorsement lies, foreign affairs, threats and assassination calls, extremist connections and friends, reputation as a business fraud, – and complete lack of qualifications, education, experience and personal integrity for the US presidency.
More will be added to this section as election day gets closer.

    • Al Ward 1:50 pm on November 3, 2016 Permalink | Reply

It is embarrassing to note that most of the above facts, accusations and allegations apply equally to the Clintons, and there are almost unlimited quantities of circumstantial evidence so supporting (see the book “Clinton Cash”, see Bill’s approx. $800,000 payoff to one of his female accusers, etc. ).
Hard evidence is hard to come by (they are both, after all, extremely sly lawyers) but there is some, thanks to emails (e.g. the one to Chelsey from Hillary regarding the Benghazi terror attack), thanks to the statements of FBI Director Comey, thanks to Wikileaks, etc., etc.
There are 320,000 Americans, and Donald and Hillary are the only options for POTUS???
      How pathetic.

      • Jorg Aadahl 2:16 pm on November 3, 2016 Permalink | Reply

I have to agree with you that the options we are left with, are rather embarrassing for a country like the US! However, Hillary’s somewhat silly mistakes can hardly be compared to Trump’s life of bankruptcies, cheating, tax evasion, lies, unauthorized p-grapping, and now even rape of an underage girl. And, while Hillary has a track record of public service, and is no doubt qualified for the job of POTUS, Donald Trump has lived a self-serving life and is clueless as to what the job requires, – not to mention how dangerous such an ill-tempered and easily provoked character would be with the power that comes with the way-over-his-head job he is foolishly seeking.

Donald Trump, Republican presidential hopeless, a self-centered egomaniac, cheater and tax evader, with uncontrollable hands around women, is thanking exhibitionist, pedophile and certified sleaze bag Anthony Wiener for his unintended help in the election, moving him closer to the White House and the most important position in the world, where his fiddling hands could mean the end of it for us all.
Can we as a nation sink any lower politically?

Guest post: Christian values, by Marc Perkel, Gilroy (LTE, SF Chronicle Insight 10/16/2016)

I’m somewhat surprised that Sen. Ted Cruz is sticking with Donald Trump after all the horrible stuff that Trump did to Ted Cruz personally. Trump accused Ted Cruz’s father of being a conspirator in the assassination of former President John F. Kennedy and attacked his wife as being too ugly to be first lady.

Ted Cruz is supposedly a Christian and yet he doesn’t have a problem with Trump going after married women while his pregnant wife sits at home, or talking about grabbing women by the crotch because he’s a “star” and he can get away with it. If this is what they call “Christian values,” all I can say is, “Thank God I’m an atheist!”

    Vetting whom?

Republican presidential hopeless Donald J. Trump has been calling for deep and extreme vetting of immigrants.
How about a more extreme vetting of Republican presidential candidates, – especially a frivolous one who has been bragging about vetting attractive females, – rather extremely deep?

    Voter fraud?

Contrary to persistent Republican claims, individual voter fraud has been found to be rare and of no impact on election results. The risk of heavy fines and even imprisonment for fraudulent voting, is a deterrent in itself.
On the other hand, voter fraud with intended, and potentially real, impact on election results, are the massive and usually Republican initiated attempts at limiting access to voting places, purging of registration files, installing unnecessary and for many burdensome identification requirements, etc. That those attempts are aimed at Democrats, is too obvious.
Republican hopeful Donald Trump has already announced that if he doesn’t win, it will be due to voter fraud.
Of course, if not enough Democratic voters are prevented from voting, he will lose and go down in utter disgrace, hopefully taking GOP and Congress majority with him.

    Advice for Trump’s next debate

Trump vows to hit Hillary even harder in the next debate. That sounds good to me, and it might turn out to be good for the country, too!
Indeed, do more of the same, Trumpy, much more: interrupt more often and with more force, – both Hillary and the moderator. Shake your big, powerful head more often and more vigorously! Switch between NO! and nooooo … to whatever she says.
Get more personal, slip in comments on Hillary’s appearance, – her hair, make-up, height, weight, – that should rattle her. And, don’t forget to mention all the hoaxes: climate change, science, NATO, NASA, gun control, public schools and middle class education, etc. Don’t be shy or too considerate, – let her know she’s nothing compared to your latest wife.
And, by all means, – don’t reveal your tax returns! That could have a negative impact on your next reality show! You know how bigoted some people can be!
However, let it be known that only dumb people pay taxes, – not smart ones like you! That’s always a good one to rub in.

Federal law, Title 18. Section 2071:

(For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to
      memory, here’s what it saysJ

“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates,
obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do
so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper,
document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer
of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with
any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined
under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
      (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map,
book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully
conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the
same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than
three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified
from holding any office under the United States. As used in this
subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any
person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be

disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

Hillary destroyed 33000 documents after they were subpoenaed by the

U.S. Congress and therefore their property.

This certainly helps explain why five of the people working for Hillary pleaded the 5th.
The real question is not “Is Hillary guilty?”, but rather “What does she have on FBI Director Comey?”.

    Trump, – playing Picasso?

As Pablo Picasso’s paintings became stranger and more and more surrealistic, at least some people began to wonder if the artist was simply having fun, trying to see how far he could go, without people realizing he was playing them for fools.

Could Donald Trump be doing a political Picasso, – just having fun seeing how far he can go with a core of gullible, intellectually challenged people faithfully following him, – despite his surrealistic behavior?

    Trump repeating a lie!

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump must secretly admire Joseph Goebels, the top Nazi propaganda minister under Hitler, who was famous for his scheme, that a lie repeated often enough, will eventually be accepted as truth.
The day after the RNC convention, I received no less than half a dozen equally worded emails from Trumpy, all with the title “I love America”. Even the content sounds Nazi-inspired, referring to Obama and Hillary:
My friends and I are coming for you.
We are going to take our country back.
We are going to topple the rigged system.
…And we are going to Make America Great Again!”

Keep repeating your “I love America” Nazi-inspired lie, Trumpy, – until you go down with a “yuugh” thud in November!
