BIDEN’S BLOWN-UP BLUNDER

Did President Biden’s advisors blow it, or did he forget their advice?

There should have been no doubt beforehand how Trump would handle the Presidential Debate. It was a given he would be his usual bombastic self, speaking fast with all kinds of lies, and bragging shamelessly about his own alleged accomplishments. President Biden should have let his own record speak for itself, and not even try to counter Trump with his own impressive record, and certainly not try to outtalk Trump!

Instead, Biden should have taken his time, speaking slowly, clearly and directly, highlighting and countering all Trump’s lies, without trying to speak as fast as he did, or dragging up his own accomplishments, which is a record that speaks for itself.

Biden should have found a place to highlight that someone must be poorly schooled if he doesn’t even understand enough of basic economics to realize that tariffs are paid by the country that applies them, like us, and that tariffs therefor contribute to increasing inflation, for us! Simple, basic socio-econ, unknown to Trump, as so many other things that should be givens for a country’s leader. And of course, Biden should have grabbed the opportunity to make fun of Trump when again he bragged about being able to remember 5 simple words, calling himself a stable genius and claiming that the testers were so impressed by him, while in reality, they had to compose themselves for not breaking out in hysterical laughter.

And when Trump finally bragged about his golfing accomplishments, Biden should have arrested his lies and reminded all listeners about how famous Trump is for his constant cheating, – even in a game like golf, where he has a reputation of lying about his scores, and at times even picking up the ball to walk it over and dropping it in the next hole! What sportsmanship! Cheating comes naturally to Trump, whether in competition, in school, in business or everyday life, – not to mention personal relationships.
