Republican hopeful Rick Perry has gotten his leadership philosophy down pat: If he can’t remember the name of a governmental agency, or doesn’t understand what it does, get rid of it. Simple as that! First to go: Department of Education, of course.
No wonder he appeals to so many Republicans.
