How on flat Earth did you get the idea that I have an interracial relationship??? You sound like a disturbed Republican, jumping to conclusions without any evidence. Not that I would mind having a relationship with a woman of a different race, but I have been happily married to a fellow Scandinavian for over 40 years, and have no intention of changing. So, our children, a son and a daughter, are as white as they come, although nicely tanned due to outdoor sports, both very successful in life and major contributors to a better society.
And, am I a conservative? In some sense, yes, – although I distance myself from the conservatism that has choked this country and prevented it from being what it could have been as an example for the world. I distance myself from the religion that has taken over the Republican movement and consider all religion a hoax, – so. there you have it!

I highly doubt Jorg is a conservative. He spent half his post praising obama and I bet he voted for Hillary. I didn’t vote this year because I wanted Cruz to be our nominee. Jorg has all the signs of a leftist and is probably claiming to be a conservative as a political tactic. He attempts to use this to then insult conservatives. Since he is one of us then when he claims how racist we are it lends more credibility to his claim. He is shocked how they are all treating him like an outcast because he isn’t racist like they are!

Did anyone else pick up on how he constantly expresses contempt for anyone who reads the bible? Yet he begins his comment by claiming to be a conservative and goes on to claim his morals and faith just could not allow him to vote for Trump. It is too easy to see right through this pathetic leftist. Do they actually believe they are fooling people? They must think we are as dumb as the idiots on the left who will follow their leaders off a cliff and never contemplate questioning them because when they do they are attacked and forced to get back in line with the rest. When you are a leftist you cannot think for yourself (fortunately for the left the majority of their voters are mentally incapable of doing this)

Notice he just had to mention he is in an interracial marriage with biracial children? Reminds me of all the white liberals that say and believe in the most racist BS but justify it because they have a black friend. There is also a Hispanic guy on my street that I waive to therefore it is impossible for me to be racist.

Why is it always the white progressives that are obsessed with racism? They never stop and realize they are the most racist people in the world. They want to have rallies or protest something on behalf of us minorities. See, we are too stupid to know that something is offensive to us so we need leftist to step in and let us know we should be offended. We also cannot stand up for ourselves either; we need them to fight for us politically.

Today is July 4, and so first and foremost, a very sincere “Thank you for your service!”.
I have not served and I am eternally grateful to all who have, going back to America’s Revolution.
As a student of history I appreciate that “Freedom is not Free”.
I am concerned by your statement that we need to come together and get Trump out of office.
What do you mean by that? After all he was legitimately elected by the Electoral College despite the list of appalling characteristics and actions that you list above.
There is a school of thought that Trump’ s success is the result of the electorate’s revulsion to the liberal press, political correctness and the appalling behavior in all Washington political offices for the past twenty or more years.

I am not a Republican or Democrat. In 2016, I voted for candidates from both major parties. We would waste each other’s time going back and forth on your list of reasons why you dislike Donald Trump. While I don’t disagree with all your points, some are the product of an overwhelmingly liberal-biased media.

However, your suggestion that Trump supporters believe that you cannot be conservative if you are anti-racist is unfair, inaccurate, and misleading.

A little history… the first modern Democratic Party President (Jackson) was a slave trader before he was president, and he still owned slaves while he was in the White House. The first modern Republican President (Lincoln) drafted and signed the Emancipation Proclamation. He also pushed forward the 13th Amendment to abolish slavery. After his assassination, Republicans ratified the 14th and 15th Amendments (due process and voting rights for African-Americans, respectively). Maybe that was too long ago…

Neither Woodrow Wilson nor FDR advocated for a federal anti-lynching law. The first president to support such a law was Republican Warren G. Harding. Maybe that was too long ago…

A hundred or so years after Lincoln, a higher proportion of Republicans voted for the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Maybe that was too long ago…

Today, tough immigration reform and enforcement is equated with racism. Who said the following? “We are a nation of immigrants. But we are also a nation of laws. It is wrong and ultimately self-defeating for a nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years, and we must do more to stop it.” Answer: President Bill Clinton, (SOTU, 1995). That sure sounds like some tough immigration reform. Maybe that was too long ago…

One more… Who said the following? “When I see Mexican flags waved at proimmigration demonstrations, I sometimes feel a flush of patriotic resentment. When I’m forced to use a translator to communicate with the guy fixing my car, I feel a certain frustration.” Senator Barack Obama (1996). The same Democratic Party President who deported more than 5,000,000 non-citizens. Were there that many undocumented, dangerous felons in the United States from 2008-2016?

I don’t think liberals are racist, and I don’t think conservatives are racist. I wonder what Dr. Ben Carson would say about political affiliation and racism?
