Scalia dies, – Thomas speaks!

Did Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia really have to die, before fellow Justice Clarence Thomas dared to speak up, – after ten years of silence? Thus, Thomas must have set an unbeatable world record for payment per word uttered!
Question remains, whether Clarence Thomas was afraid of saying anything contrary to Scalia’s opinion, – or so ashamed of being guilty of getting George W. Bush into office that he kept his mouth shot for all these years? At least, former Justice Sandra Day O’Connor
dared to admit publicly way before Scalia died, the mistake the 5 Supreme Court conservatives made by stealing the election from Al Gore in 2000, and giving it to George W. Bush! The devastating results must have been embarrassingly obvious to even the most incurable Republican!

Regarding Bush vs Gore in 2000.
The Supreme Court examined the facts and noted that the voters of Tennessee had picked Bush for president. They decided against Gore thinking that since the people who knew Gore best had rejected him it would be foolish anoint him into the presidency.
